Online Banking
The primary account holder can enroll via our website. Simply go to our Homepage and select the “Enroll” link in the Online Banking log in box. Follow the prompts to connect to your account and set your login credentials.
Joint account holders can obtain their own login credentials by calling our member services team at 717-898-7673 during business hours. You can also email our member services department at wfcumembers@wheatlandcu.com for more information.
Forgot your Security Code? If you know your Logon ID, you can select Forgot Security Code to receive a link to securely reset your security code.

- Login IDs must consist of 6 – 50 alpha numeric characters
- Security codes must be 12 – 16 characters and include: an uppercase and lowercase letter, numbers, and at least one of the following special characters: ! @ # $ % ^ & *
Please Note: You accept responsibility for periodically changing your logon ID and protecting the integrity of your credentials to prevent unauthorized transactions and account access. Granting access to your online account to any non-owner will make you financially liable for all losses or misuse of your account(s).
You must have an active WFCU checking account and be registered for online banking. Log in to your online banking account, select the “Bill Pay” option, and follow the prompts to set up a recurring payment.
Electronic copies of tax documents are available in the e-statements section of WFCU’s Virtual Branch. Not enrolled in e-statements? We’ll mail your tax forms to your address on file by January 31.
Every member who has an online banking account with our Virtual Branch can register for e-statements.

Loans – General
We believe in a personalized loan process to ensure you fully understand your options, rates, and terms before signing. To keep your data safe and provide you with tailored support, we handle applications either on the phone or in person at our branches. You can get started with a pre-approval by calling our lending team at 717-898-7673 option 3.
You can apply for a loan with Wheatland without having an account. However, you must open an account before the loan is disbursed.
Each person that has a loan at Wheatland must have at least a share savings account with a $5 minimum balance.
Depending on the type of loan, you can be approved in as little as 24 hours. Mortgages and Home Equity loans can take up to 4 weeks.
Wheatland does not do any type of business lending. Auto loans must have a title in a personal name as collateral.
Yes! Wheatland offers life insurance, disability insurance, and unemployment insurance on most loan types. Please ask our loan officers for details.
We’ve partnered with United Solutions to manage our collections department calls. If you’re receiving a call from a United Solutions representative at 800-292-2024, your account may be delinquent and it’s important that you speak with them.
Loans – Auto
Yes! Please speak with one of our loan officers before you shop to get pre-approved based on a dollar amount. Once you find the vehicle you’d like to purchase, we can adjust the pre-approval to your exact needs.
Wheatland requires you to:
- Have full coverage (collision and comprehensive)
- Have $1,000 or less deductible
- List Wheatland as the lienholder
Yes. Wheatland offers GAP insurance through TruStage. Speak with one of our loan officers for details.
Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI) may be added on to your loan if you do not provide proper proof of auto insurance. This insurance protects your auto loan balance when no proper proof of insurance is provided.
This insurance does not meet the legal needs of holding proper auto insurance in the state of Pennsylvania and only covers the current balance on your auto loan in the case of a vehicle being totaled without proper auto insurance. Any equity in your vehicle may be lost if CPI is the sole insurance on your vehicle.
Loans – Mortgages/Home Equity
Yes. Please call or email us lending@wheatlandcu.com to schedule an appointment to apply for any type of home loan.
During the call we can figure out the best home loan for you. We will also let you know what you need to bring with you to the appointment and can send you an application ahead of time.
When coming in for your scheduled home loan appointment, please bring the following:
- PA driver’s license
- Completed home loan application
- Completed Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) worksheet
- $250.00 application fee
- $35 / person credit report fee
- Proof of all income
- Current mortgage statement
- Current homeowner’s insurance policy
- Current flood insurance policy
- Current homeowner’s association policy and fee
- Most recent municipality (spring) and school (fall) tax bills
- Pictures of the outside of your home (front, back, neighborhood views)
No, Wheatland does not have escrow accounts. Members with a mortgage at Wheatland must manage their own homeowner’s insurance and tax payments.
No, Wheatland does not charge Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) since we only lend up to 80% of the equity of your home.
Mortgage Protection Insurance (MPI) may be added onto your loan if you do not provide proper proof of insurance for home loans at Wheatland. This insurance protects your mortgage or home equity loan balance, when no proper proof of insurance is provided.
This insurance only covers the current balance on your home loan. In the event of a total loss, any equity in your home may be lost if MPI is the sole insurance on your home.
Loans – Skip-A-Pay
Skip-A-Pay simply delays your payment. It should not have any negative impact on your credit score.
When your Skip-A-Pay request is approved and processed, we’ll adjust the start date for your automatic transfer at Wheatland to keep you on schedule. You will have to adjust your bill pay with the sending financial institution for that month. You are responsible for modifying or stopping any payments that originate from a different financial institution.
Yes. If you have multiple qualifying loans (such as a personal loan and an auto loan), you can request a skip for each. Please note that the $50 fee applies per loan.
You can skip up to two payments per calendar year, provided there are at least 60 days between your skipped months.
Member Services
We offer a variety of options for members to access their money no matter where they are.
- Online Banking through Wheatland FCU’s Virtual Branch
- Mobile Banking with Wheatland FCU’s app for members who are 18 and older
- Telephone Transaction Service (TTS)
- Shared Branching through the CO-OP network
Visit credit unions in the shared branch network to perform basic banking transactions like withdrawals, deposits, transfers, and payments. Go to the CO-OP website to see a list of participating branches. - ATM transactions through the CU$ ATM network
Avoid surcharges when you use your WFCU ATM or debit card at a CU$ network ATM. Traveling outside of the continental United States? We offer reloadable CUMONEY Visa travel cards that are accepted all around the world. Visit one of our branch locations to purchase a travel card before you go.
If you have questions about any transactions or need more information about an electronic funds transfer listed on your statement or receipt, please call us at 717-898-7673 or via email at wfcumembers@wheatlandcu.com. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent the first statement on which the issue appeared.

This can happen for several reasons. You may be attempting to make a purchase that exceeds the card’s daily withdrawal limit, or the purchase is being processed outside of the continental United States. Review our Card Services page for details about WFCU debit cards or call our member services team during business hours for support 717-898-7673 option 2.
